Somatic Dreamwork

Our dreams at night speak in the powerful poetics of symbols. Guided by those who have traveled the path of dreams, we look to our own associations and the background of myth and fairytales to access the deeper meanings of the symbols in our dreams.

Dreams, body movements and sensations are carriers of our feeling life, often unexpressed in a culture that has long repressed personal feeling as childish, frivolous and unimportant. Somatic dreamwork honors all feelings and sensations as real, valid and important carriers of the meaning of our individual past and destiny.

Somatic Dreamwork draws on modern practices to allow the body to play uninhibited through movement, to allow stuck patterns to move not only mentally but physically.
